Jarrett Plummer the Indian Motorcycle service advisor is absolutely awesome!! I brought my Chieftain to the dealership with no appointment simply intending to schedule an appointment to diagnose a starting problem. Jarrett not only diagnosed the problem (bad battery), but he got the bike in and installed a new battery, fixed a wiring problem, and had me out the door in under an hour. Simply fantastic and greatly appreciated. This bike goes nowhere else for service. Thanks!!

The best part of my buying experience at Ridenow Peoria was Jagger, he was very helpful showing me around and explaining the benefits of each SXS and for what purpose I was to use it for. Of course I want the haul-ass Honda but went with the Pioneer and glad I did.

I read up on the Indian Challengers and decided to demo one. I spoke with Ian Martin who explained the details of the bike which I was unaware of. Instead of trying to sell me on the bike, he let the bike do all the talking... And didn't disappoint. From first contact until riding off with my new Challenger... Ian did an amazing job and helped the experience become more enjoyable than any other time I purchased. From there Jerry in finance took over and found me a lender. After all the finance was finished. Jerry called me to come and pick up the quad. Let me start by saying that we had the most amazing experience! Things were a bit shaky for us in the beginning. We originally had a young salesperson. He was really nice and seemed to know a lot about the machines and with a little finesse Jacob from Nebraska will be an Amazing Salesmen. However, I have no patience. So when I didn't get the follow there on my husbands credit app for almost 24 hours, I decided to call and speak to a manager. I felt that was too long to wait if he really wanted our business. When I called someone answered and put me on hold for a manager. Matthew Skinner came on the line and told me a manager would be with me soon. I told him that I really didn't need a manager, I just wanted someone to care, someone to take time to help us, someone who wanted to help me spend my money. Matthew went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't have a bad taste for Ride Now Peoria. He jumped thru unimaginable hoops for us to get us the machine we wanted. Anything I asked of him, he made sure it happened (and believe me, I asked for a lot)!! He turned a deal that was headed in a bad direction, possibly to another dealership, around and was able to keep our business at Ride Now Peoria. Let me tell you, that was something he had to earn. I was calling to tell the manager that we were taking our business else where. See, we were already pre-approved thru our credit union and could go to any dealership we wanted, but Matthew Skinner was determined to make sure we stayed with this dealership, and we did! When we came to pick up our RZR, he walked us out to look at it. It had already been washed, but he had it redone because he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He is the true picture of what a Manager should look like. He is smart, funny, caring, business minded but knows how to make people feel like they matter. He didn't care that we weren't looking to spend $40k, he just wanted us to be happy. That, right there, should be how you train all your salespeople to be! When we took possession of our RZR, we had another salesperson helping us his name is Matthew as well. He too is amazing. He went over what our warranty covered and what it didn't. Any question my husband or I had he was able to answer without hesitation. These two gentlemen changed our whole experience. When asked how our experience was with Ride Now Peoria, we will tell anyone we had an amazing experience and would recommend them. Even though I can do most of my own maintenance, I prefer to come to RideNow because the service is stellar and the price is very reasonable. My wife and I went into the store, just for a look-see. We were greeted by friendly sales crew as we looked and wandered around the store. What a great experience I had purchasing my new RZR!
I had been inside this location a few times because of the incredible inventory on hand to look for a new UTV. Although the selection is massive 2 of the 3 trips were little more than a car show. On my last visit while wondering the mass of inventory, I was approached by Richard.
Talk about a tru professional. He not only had first hand knowledge of virtually each unit in stock, (which is impressive in itself due to the size of the inventory) but was also was very knowledgable of the differences in each one. He took his time to walk me thru the differences but more importantly, was attentive to what my specific needs were. Eventually he found me exactly what I was looking for. Due to past credit issues I could not pre qualify to purchase the unit. Many salesman would move on at this point but he did not. He made sure that we explored every available option and even had some recommendations on how to move forward, wich we were able to do. As it is with many purchases of this nature, there were some bumps along the way. Everytime I felt that "dreaded dealership" feeling he was right there and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was properly taken care of and most importantly that I felt in the loop. Due to a few factors my purchase was not the usual transaction and it would have been much easier to be done with me once the papers were signed. Instead he was there when I took delivery, there for my walk thu with technician and even there to help load my new rig onto my trailer. Really a class act. I am not one who usually writes reviews and frankly I'm not sure if anyone even really reads these. Mike was excellent in sales + has followed up with me to find out how I liked my purchase (love the Spyder!). Steve in financing was great too. Being from Tucson and new to motorcycles, I did not want to drive my Spyder home. They delivered it directly to my door, staying in touch/letting me know where they were in the process of the delivery. Delivery person (Brent??? can't remember name for sure... sorry) was helpful providing me with information how to tow it on a trailer, etc. I was helped by so many people... can't remember everyone's names, but want to say "Thanks!" I purchased 2014 NInja 650 ABS last summer and the entire process was great. Then I tried to go elsewhere to get my bike serviced after moving across town. I was told that I cannot cancel my extended service plan with RideNow. I talked to two other RideNow locations and that said that is just what they tell you and that they CAN cancel it.So now, I am paying out of pocket for services near me. If I move anywhere that does not have a RideNow I am screwed out of the money I paid for the services. If I sell the bike before I use all of the services I am screwed. I have bout a lot of cars and bikes in my life and cannot believe that they cannot refund my money for the prepaid services.I would HIGHLY recommend not paying for the service plan there!! :(

I originally went down to purchase an arv at another store but the bike was sold out from under us. I called the Peoria store and they had one in stock and held it for us since we were coming from an hour and a half away drive. Our sales person Nick did an amazing job helping us through the whole process of trading in our old atv and financing our new atv. I bought my bike a couple of days ago, I had already told Nick Vincent what bike I wanted and when I got there Saturday morning it was sitting there ready for me. I cannot find one thing to complain about from dealing with Nick, and getting some equipment from the OTHER Nick to I think his name was Robert in financing.There was no pressure, no hassles, and I got THE bike that I wanted to get.I cannot speak for the service department but the guy that did my full walk-around before I left was really knowledgable. I also cannot say that I can't wait to get my next bike here because I love the one I got!!

I had been looking for a bike for a while and finally saw one I really liked. I called in and Jose was able to talk to me over the phone about the bike. I told him my budget and when I could come in, he called me back with in the hour and said he had been able to drop the bike a thousand dollars if I wanted it. When I went in the next day he had already taken the bike off the floor for me and had it waiting in the warehouse. Once I saw it I knew I wanted it and told Jose my budget, he was able to work with it and actually got me paying less a month than I wanted, overall great experience. We have been wanting a Can-Am Spyder for about 2 years. We did all our research on line and decided it was time to go to dealerships. We went to the first one RideNow in Peoria with the ad we had in hand. As we were looking at the Can-Am's a man approached us and asked if he could help -he was Jason - the Asst Manager. He was very helpful - answered all our questions and then had Robert the Sales guy help us further. There was another dealer with the same year/model for a lower price and Jason and Robert were able to match the price. Wow! so helpful and the lowest prices. We worked with Joe in parts to pick out all our gear for our new bike - he was very patient and helpful. The selection of bikes speaks for itself. Inventory ranges from very expensive to bikes that the beginner can afford. The sales staff consists of a variety of characters and I am sure you will find someone that you feel comfortable with. Mario walked me through the selection, credit approval and finance process. The process was very relaxed and comfortable without pressure to rush into anything. After going back and forth we came to a payment that I felt comfortable with. Overall I am satisfied with the store. Selection is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. My advice is to try to work with a sales that rep you feel comfortable with. I will be returning for my next bike in the future.

I have dealt with lots of salesman in my 45 years And I can tell you that Zack with out a doubt was the best I have ever experienced. Zack was never pushy he never made me feel rushed I can't express enough how refreshing the experience was.I even lost my glasses and Zack helped me fill out the credit app. The financing was outstanding 3.49% along with 3 different term options..Now I can't believe I'm going to say this but BRIAN in the finance department was great as well...I know rite? Brian did what he had to do as far as offering me all the options e.g. Extended warranty,service plan,lojack ect.I declined most, but his professional attitude was exemplary. I kind of got lost in the numbers and Brian went over it with me until I comprehended everything. My family was in the market for a Polaris Ranger. We had never dealt with Ridenow Motorsports. We had seen the building just west of the 101 and thought we would give them a try.
When we pulled up front of the building I was surprised of the size of their facility - It is HUGE. I told my wife that when we get inside, let me do the talking - I know how salesmen can be. When we walked inside I was amazed at the inventory they had. Then the real shock occurred, we were greeted and asked if they could direct us to a certain product. They pointed us in the right direction and told us if we had any questions to let them know. I was expecting to be attacked by salesmen like you see at the car lot.
We looked at the large variety of Rangers they had, along with other brands. I then stopped one of the sales representatives to ask some questions. I was totally impressed, he asked us questions on how we were going to use the Ranger and where we would be using it, then recommended a certain model for us. The unusual thing, is that he did not direct us to the most expensive product, just the one that would fit our needs.
Our experience with Ridenow Motorsports was fantastic. Between looking at the products, purchasing and picking it up, I dealt with about four different people and they were all the same, just there to help us. Everyone was polite and not pushy at all.

I would like to post a comment on how great the service department has been after an issue was discovered on my newly purchased 2012 XP800 Ranger.After delivery of the unit in November, I discovered that the lights no longer worked. I contacted Tim in service and the unit was scheduled for pick up. Now mind you, the unit had now been moved to my other home in Chino Valley, AZ after the purchase, so transportation had to come and pick it up from that location. They had no problem with driving 180 miles round trip to do so.The unit was picked up on December 28th and within a day I was contacted with the result of a service evaluation. It appeared that when the license plate was installed, a wire was pinched creating a short in the system that was blowing a fuse.This issue was no fault of Ride Now-Peoria or the manufacturer. Even with that in mind, Ride Now-Peoria has no issue with having my Ranger delivered to my Chino Valley home. Again, 180 miles round trip, done strictly for customer satisfaction. THAT is customer service.My husband and I would not only like to thank Tim in service, but also the delivery/pick up representative, Dusty. He delivered the unit the first time to Phoenix and also picked it up in Chino Valley. I am on my 2nd ATV purchased from RideNow Peoria. Several years ago I purchased a new Ranger XP700 from you folks. On New Years of 2012, I traded the Ranger in on a new 2012 CanAm Comnmander 800 XRT. Awesome machine! Since my purchase I have had the Commander in multiple times for accessory add-ons. A certain individual in the Service Department has taken care of me since the get-go . . . Taylor. This young man is absolutely remarkable. He is the most conscience young man and employee I've ever met. He goes way beyond what is called for. I am confident I now have over $20,000 in my machine. Not complaining, I am excited - and Taylor has met every expectation - and then some.I want to give you an example of what this man is capable of:
I am a 62 year-old professional engineer. I experienced a heart attack requiring a 5-way By-Pass Surgery this past September. Being quite ill and extremely weak, I talked to Taylor about installing aftermarket Power Steering on my CanAm. He contacted CanAm and discussed my situation with them. They reported back that it simply was not possible - they were not going to do that. Well, Taylor did not leave it alone, he diligently worked on a Power Steering Assembley for me for the next couple of months. Mid-November (a week ago) I received a call out of the blue from Taylor at RideNow and he informed me that he was able to get CanAm to do the Power Steering if I still was interested. Well people, my "Doodle-Bug" is in their shop as I write this letter and they are installing "Electronic Power Steering", Equipment Rails with Brackets, a new Rifle Rack Assm., Billetted Aluminum Wheel Spacers and much more. This guy has hit a home run for me. I simply have never had anyone go so far and do so much for me as this young man. He is simply the best advertisement you have. What an excellent representative of Professionalism, Good Business and Service.This guy needs to be noticed, apreciated and commended. I know I certainly appreciate and thank him. Hey Eric and Jason, i don't usually rant and rave but this 250 is awesome. to ride a 250 on the freeway in arizona takes some cahones in the first place and this 250 actually makes it fun all the while knowing you are getting around 70 miles to the gallon. i have had a lot of sportbikes that were a lot faster but i will have to say that this is by far the most fun to ride. i guess that you really have to appreciate how kawasaki got so much out of a 250 cc engine and a six speed transmission. i havn't got a chance to ride it in the twisties although i know fist hand how confidence inspiring this machine is. i still can't believe what this 250 can do. i was so surprised at how smooth this bike is. yes, it doesn't have the acceleration or the top end of the 650 but with a little shifting it is amazing! thx a lot, jeff

My husband and I came in a few weeks ago after spending the morning at the MVD getting my Motorcycle endorsement. I wanted to look at a bike I had been eying for a bit on the website. We really had no intention to buy when we came in.As soon as we walked in and started looking at some of the bikes, we were approached by Kevin, a new salesman, and just as I was telling him what I wanted to look at, we found it. I immediately fell in love, and the bike fit me like a glove.At no point at all was there any pressure to buy. Kevin showed us a couple other bikes, and left us to look around on our own a bit and think about what we wanted to do.We decided to go ahead and see if they could get me financed for the bike, and though it took a little longer than normal (apparently they only had 1 finance guy in that day (Bryon)), they got us the financing, and we walked out the proud owners of a 2007 Honda Shadow with less than 1500 miles on it (not even broken in yet!).Because of the casual atmosphere and no pressure attitude from the sales staff, and the friendliness of everyone I talked to (even when I came back last week to ask the service guys some more questions about my new toy), we will definitely be back to buy our next bike!

I am on my 2nd Side-by-Side with Ridenow-Peoria. My first purchase back in 07' was a 2008 Polaris Ranger, Rally Blue / 700 XP. I used this rig for everything - Work/Play/Hunting/Fishing. In the 4+ years I had this machine, Ridenow kept me current on all maintenance and never, did I have a problem of any kind ! I decided to move ahead and just purchased a 2012 Can-Am Commander ... 800R-XT. This one too has all the bells and whistles. Once again, Ridenow has taken great care of me. Furthermore, I always take advantage of their maintenance package offer - the savings are too great to pass and the service is excellent, bar-none. Over the past 5 years I have exclusively utilized their service department, parts department, sales department and have never been dissappointed. In fact, on one occasion where I had a warranty issue, they put a rush on the part from Polaris to make sure I would have my unit back in time to take with us on vacation. They did such a awesome job, I bought them all Pizza. The point: I am completely satisfied with the dealer, the product, the price and the people. Why change when I have a winner.

I had a Great experience. The bike, a Susuki DRZ400, was exactly what I wanted. I had looked at other dealers but, I wasn't sold. When I went to Ridenow Peoria I expected to be treated the same. These guys sold me with the personality of fellow riders, not salesmen. I was already going to buy the bike. They had it at a great price, with a friendly staff that could answer all my stupid questions. The parts guys were a great help, answering all my helmet and clothing questions. Ron Schraml sold me my first bike in 25 years. I bought a used 2000 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic. He really put me at ease as the bikes have gotten a lt bigger than I remember them 25 years ago. We settled on the price over the phone and he had the bike ready for me to look at when I arrived. Ron followed up on a couple service related itemsI needed done before delivery and kept me informed all the way. I'd like to commend Scott in Service for taking care of getting the floorboards swapped out for pegs. Part of the agreement when I bought the bike was to have the luggage rack swapped for a passenger seat from another used bike. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the bike to see that the service guys had also provided the saddlebags from the other bike. They explained it just looked better to have the bags go with the seat Wow! That was a really nice touch and I sure appreciate it. I recently purchased a 2010 Yamaha FZ1 from Ridenow . It had 591 miles on it. The previous owner only had it for four months before it was returned to the store for resale. I had seen this same bike when it was on the showroom floor in April 2010. I wasn't in a position to buy anything because I owned 3 bikes at the time. Well, I thinned the herd and finally was looking to buy an FZ1. I had considered a new 2011 model, but I checked Cycletrader prior to "pulling the trigger", and lo and behold, this jewel of an FZ1 struck my eye at the store. It is a one of, with full faring, flush mounted turn signals, and fender eliminator. The price was much better than I had originally seen in Cycletrader. It was reduced by $700. With all the extra accessories, I had to take a look. I diid more than that, I bought it. The Ridenow sales staff brokered a super deal for me, I paid cash, and away I went, very satisfied. Infact, with the money I'd saved, I bought an aftermarket exhaust and Givi hard cases. it is truly a beautiful bike. The purchase experience was priceless. Everyone treated me great!!

Talk about a no nonsense way of doing business... I called to see what these guys had in stock for the new Polaris XP's and ended up speaking to the Sales Manager on the phone. He told me what they had in stock and convinced me to come down. I got there almost at closing time and when I got there, he helped me himself and had me picking out and buying a unit in about ten minutes. I signed my life away, and these guys were nice enough to deliver it to my house about a half hour after I bought it. This transaction took an hour tops, and let me tell you what, my time is more valuable then anything, and the fact that these guys cut the crap and got to the point is priceless. We had purchased on a Sunday evening and came back on Monday evening with a trailer to pick up. We were expecting our rzr to be washed and it was not. This is my second purchase at this dealership, each one was a easy and smooth transaction. I think someone should re evaluate a Dealer processing fee of $499 for a simple cash sale, also the same goes for attempting to charge nearly $700 for set-up fees for a used vehicle with 700 miles on it. The sales team worked with me on a fair lower price and helped me out with these add-on fees. On Saturday we came in browsing and worked with Blake Ford for a good amount of time, he was extremely informative, professional and not pushy, we decided to come back on Sunday for a second look. Blake was off work on Sunday and told us if we did come back he would come in to work with us again. Blake should be commended for his efforts going above and beyond and for excellent customer service. He has already followed up with me and taken care of a forgotten part! The guys back in the service department were great too, helped with some questions before we left!

I live in Flagstaff Az and bought a 2014 Ranger from Ride Now Peoria. The Ranger has had some problems with the clutch and ball joints. I brought in to your service department and always request Johnathon King. He always keeps me informed on the progress of the repair and does outstanding work when dealing with the warranty company. He is always very professional and does great work. It would be easier to have the Ranger worked on in Flagstaff however I like the service at Ride Now. I will be a repeat customer .

Attended Bike Fest on Friday with the intent of just looking. I knew nothing about Victory motorcycles but after speaking with both Quinn and Bill Nash I was convinced to take a test ride. Really loved the bike as well as the history behind the brand. Exchanged emails with Steve on Saturday morning, and later Saturday, a couple of telephone conversations with Jose. Brought my old bike in Sunday morning to be evaluated for a trade in. Met with my salesman Kenny. The process to evaluate my trade in seemed to take a really long time - at least a couple of hours - however I will concede it was Sunday, and the bike fest event was still in progress. Still they should have had more help back there. After spirited, lengthy but very congenial negotiations with Jose, we finally reached a mutually agreeable price for my new motorcycle. After the documents were prepared, I met with Josh in financing, and it was the most comfortable meeting with a financing manager I have ever had. Kenny, with help from Jim in service, went over my bike front to back ensuring I was fully familiar with its operation. In summary, I walked in knowing which motorcycle I wanted, and had been pre-qualified from a credit perspective, so I was ready to go, but it still took about 4 hours to complete the process. More than half of this was waiting for the trade in evaluation on my old bike, (which I can't imagine should have taken more than 15 minutes). This is my only complaint with the process, the dealership and all those I came into contact during the purchasing process. Overall I was very satisfied.

I purchaced a 2012 CAN-AM Spyder RT, and I can't find anything I don't like about it, although I did discover it was missing the fan cover on the right side. It remains to be seen if it will be installed at the 600 mile service. I took it in today, Monday 04/16/2012,after calling and scheduling it last Friday, the service dept. said to bring it in and they would have it out in a day. I took it in this morning and they said they were booked and could not get it out until Thurs. Glad I'm not on the road and have to spend 4 nights in a motel waiting for a four day service. By the way I bought the 3 year service contract, do you suppose the cash customers come first?

josh in financing screwed up our loan had us paying 21% interest instead of 3.99% like w/promised to us % we had to fix it on our own time he said w/bank bank said w/no way was powersports he acked like he did not give a shit, noel in service is a ass, he does not know his job,have rpm maintance aggrement picked up sxs for 3rd service & he said i have to pay for paper air filter, first 2 services i did NOT,had to make extra trip to get my money back, he never said he w/sorry,also on 3rd service steering wheel w/off a tad suspension settled noel said warranty would not cover it, screw him,had to drop sxs off again (SHOULD OF BEEN FIXED ON 3RD SERVICE ) lots of extra trips because of noel .

My wife & I purchased a used 2012 rzr 4 Robbie Gordon edition with only 50 hrs on it. Our expeiance was awesome until we actually drove the unit I could tell right away this unit has problems the drive belt is glazed and it has a few electrical issues one of them in my opinion is very major . From the beginning, my experience with your dealership and representatives has been above and beyond. Quinn was the final personal I dealt with while purchasing and was friendly but no-nonsense. I like the straight-forward approach and not trying to "sell" me on something I already want. I had a problem with a warning light coming on unnecessarily which you fixed.
One more thing, I think you owe me discounts on any accessories I may buy. In the past 60 years I've ridden Indian, Harley, Gold Wing, Kawasaki, Yamaha and I've never received the amount of attention as I have had because of the bright red Can Am Spyder RT-S. In parking lots or while gassing up at a station, people approach commenting and asking questions...young men, young women, older men & women, current motorcycle riders and people who've never ridden. So, I'm assuming your showroom has seen more people curious about the Spyder because I tell them where I bought it and what good service I received at all levels. (P.S. In July of 2013, I purchased a brand new, 2013 Yamaha V-Star 650 from Ride Now Peoria. The finance and sales team were very cooperative, and worked hard to be able to get me on a motorcycle with a relatively short credit history. I was very pleased with the initial experience, and decided it would be well worth it to ride nearly 30 miles to return to Peoria for services on my bike in the future.My first service went off without a hitch; there were no issues and I was in and out the door before I knew it.I am afraid that is where the positive experiences end.My second service, I took the bike in for routine maintenance. There was nothing wrong with the bike. As I was leaving, I noticed that the bike felt... different. I am not an extremely experienced rider, but something felt off. The exhaust was sputtering more than usual and I couldn't start it without pulling the choke, even during the hottest part of the day in mid-September. When I got home that night, a friend pointed an oil leak out to me. I called Ride Now and was told to bring the bike in to check out the leak and the compression issue (which, at the time, I had thought was an exhaust leak). I did just that the next morning. My concerns regarding my lack of compression were entirely overlooked, and I was also told that my shift shaft seal (which was in perfect working order when I brought it in for maintenance) had gone. It would be 7-10 days for the part to come in.Another couple days went by, and the exhaust starting sounding worse and it was even more difficult to start. I called Ride Now, asked them to pick it up and correct the issue, and picked it up a couple days later. My idle was set too low, my valves needed re-adjustment, and the carbs needed to be re-synched. Hardly a non-issue.Four weeks later, I received a call to let me know the shift shaft seal had finally come in. This was a part I could have bought online and had delivered to my door in two days. I rode the 30 miles to Ride Now, only to discover that the wrong part had been ordered. This time, it would be 3-5 days for the correct part to come in.Two weeks later, I got a call that the part was in. I wouldn't have a day off work for nearly another week, and my motorcycle is my only transportation, so I scheduled an appointment for the first day I had off. I brought it in, got the shift shaft seal replaced, and went on my way. That night, I noticed a small puddle of oil in the same spot as before. I figured it was just residual oil from the fix, but decided to put a paper towel under it and check in the morning to see if it was, in fact, still leaking. It's leaking just as bad as it was 7 weeks ago when I first took it home from the routine maintenance. I am absolutely baffled.In conclusion, you WILL get a great deal on your motorcycle at Ride Now, but your positive experience will likely end there.

Mike and Reid were very helpful and informative with helping my daughter and I with decisions regarding our trade-in and purchase of jet skis. They were very patient with us and offered sound advice etc. They followed up with prompt service keeping us informed as to when our machines would be ready. Went to purchase a side by side. Salesman was great. Went over all of the models he felt I would be interested in. 2018 general demo. Asked salesman for out the door price. Took my information said they were working on it. He came back with key. We went over the unit while we waited for paperwork. He went to check on the paperwork. 10 minutes later he told me that it was already sold but he could sell me a new one! Bait and switch I believe thats what they did. Customer service called asked me what happened. She said a manager would call. He called and described how miscommunication sometimes happens with internet sales. I never used the internet! Then the lies and innuendos started. I believe it was my fault, I have attempted to purchase 2 motorcycles and the general without buying. I brought my checkbook to pay cash on all 3 occasions. I literally spent all day trying to purchase a machine, first with Mario called early the morning and spoke to him, he promised to call back with some numbers- never hear from him. I called Jose internet manager early afternoon and he gave me a quote. I called him back with a counter off less $300 dollars to which he said he had to speak to the sales manager and would get right back to me. Never heard from him so I called him later afternoon and was told sorry for not calling but there are other customers. Well nice to know how valued I am and keep in mind other customers probably didn't have cash in had and ready to buy if I could just get a phone call. Crazy never been treated so poorly.

When i ordered an accessory, I kept calling and calling to see if it had come in. When I finally got rude... they found that it had come in 2 weeks prior however no one had ever called to let me know. I picked it up only to find that some of the installation parts were missing.... when i told them about it they pretty much called me a liar. It took another month of calling about once a week for them to get the part in, only to call me a liar again. My service agreement requires me to bring it to them to however i will find someone else to buy extra parts and accesories from.

I came into the dealership in Peoria after contacting the chandler location. I was there to have my trade in appraised since I live closer to Peoria. It took 5 minutes for the front receptionist to help me the whole time she was texting away on her phone. I was told to ask for a person that was not there. I was treated like I was hasseling them and wasting there time. I asked them to contact the chandler location to sort it out now this being over a half hour later they said "well you call who you spoke to and figure it out" after calling the sales manager at chandler in was greeted by a manager riding around on a scooter. He told me well why you trading your bike in? Ok Well come with me. We went to service where I say for another 10 to 15 minutes. Finnally a tech walked around the bike not even saying hello or anything just looking. Them asked "what is this thing?" told him it's a HD xl1200x 48. He then asked oh so a 883. No it's a 1200. Finally the bike was brough in and say for about 45 minutes before anyone really looked at it. I preceded to walk around not ever being shown a restroom,customer lounge drinks or anything. No one asked if I needed any help. After about 1.5 hours I got the bike back and was told it's all done. We will call them. After going to chandler from Glendale they said they didn't revive any info from them. I am overall appalled by the chip on people's shoulders and the lack of any customer service. I am seriously doubting ever purchasing anything from ride now. I will not recommend anyone to this location.

May of 2015 I had quite a bit of work done on my bike. There was a coolant leak somewhere near or around the coolant pump so the total cost of parts and labor was right around $2000.00. Things seemed to be ok for this service. About 3 months ago I had both the front and rear tires replaced and that seemed to be ok for this service and the only thing here was that I was used to having the traditional weights instead of the beads and was not told about the additional cost but no big deal. Then about 2 months ago I received the recall from Honda for the rear master cylinder replacement and scheduled the service. When I dropped off my bike Jonathan did the inspection and there was a little bit of a smell and the said it was more than likely a coolant leak and noticed a small amount of what looked like to be coolant leak near the right side engine cover so he suggested that be looked at and I agreed. So the tech completed the replacement of the rear master cylinder. I dropped off my bike after work and was told it was going to be worked first thing that next morning. So I called to check in around noon that next day and was told the tech got pulled into some other work and just now got started on the bike and would be done by end of day which it was so a little frustrated about that but I understand things happen. So back to the coolant leak and the smell. Every since the initial work and replacement of the water pump and other hoses were replaced I smelt that same smell but I though it was due to the new seals and/or gaskets so did not think anything about it until I dropped the bike off for the master cylinder replacement. In reference to the visible coolant leak, I did notice that about a week prior to dropping off the bike for the master cylinder and my initial though was that it was just picked up from the street or road because it was such a minimal amount and did not see it every day. So when I went to pick my bike up for the master cylinder repair Jonathan took me back to the service area and said there was something not right with the side stand and that also the rear brake peddle was not like they should be and asked if I had ever adjusted the rear brake lever and I never did and told them that. So I left and immediately noticed the rear brake pedal was way different that it was when I dropped off the bike and then as soon as I got home also noticed that the side stand was way too much play and something was not right. So my conclusion here was that something happened after dropping off my bike and picking it up that somehow bent the rear brake pedal and damaged the side kick stand. I ordered and replaced the side stand at a cost of parts at right at $100 and was able to adjust the placement of the rear brake pedal. In reference back to the coolant leaks, I mentioned this to Jonathan and he said there was only a 90 day warranty. So not to the last service where the other hoses were replaced. From the time I dropped the bike off until the parts were replaced was over 2 weeks. Took the bike appart to see where the leaks were coming from, the parts were ordered and came in about a week and then had to wait over another week to get the bike back into the scheduled to get the parts replaced which in my opinion should not have taken that long. So I picked up my bike this last Thursday and was happy as heck to finally get it back and never did any look or walk around. So I drive my bike back and forth to work on Friday and all is well. Saturday I usually check the tire pressure on my bike and car and check the oil. So the tire pressure was fine just happened to notice something stuck in the center groove of the tire and thought it was a small rock or something and it came out and was a little larger and I thought but luckily if was not deep enough to cause a lead in the tire. I went to pull the right side engine cover off to check the oil and that little tab that is on the cover (right) injection - 83515-MCA-000 - $340.49 was broken. That was definitely not broken when I dropped off my bike for the service but the engine oil level was fine so I was one pissed off person when I saw this. I went ahead and pulled off the left side cover to check the coolant level and to my surprise that was for the most part empty so I added the coolant up to the full line and was a little surprised about the coolant level but that was easy to resolve. Back to the front tire. About 2 tire changes ago I guess after the tires were change the tech took the bike for a quick ride just to make sure everything was ok and something was picked up in one of the tires and luckily there was another tire in stock so that was replaced. I have the piece that was stuck in the tire and not sure what it was from or when it was picked up. Could it have been picked up after I picked up the bike on Thursday night and before I checked the tires on Saturday morning yes but what has happened since May 2015 I am definitely seeing a trend here. One more thing, I know after the bikes come out of service someone usually cleans up the bike a bit and when I was cleaning up the water spots left I noticed a pretty good scratch on the right rear corner of the trunk lid which was also not there when I dropped off my bike for this last round of service. I bought my bike new in 2003 and up until May of 2015 have had no issues whatsoever regarding having the bike serviced or the repairs completed but after this last round of service, I'm not feeling to comfortable with bringing my back for any other future service or repairs. No person or situation is perfect and I understand things happen but just way to many flags over the last few service repairs. I bought a 05 Yamaha RoyalStar that broke down at least 5 times in the first month I owned it. Each Time they had to come get the bike, they tell me they fixed it and 2 days later it dies again. Finally after a month of basically not having a bike it finally seems like its gonna stay running. They said they rewired the lights ,that was what was causing all the problems . well now the new lights they put on are not working. I bought my last Royalstar used from a dealer in NH they told me they went thru the bike and it was in good shape. I road that bike 200.000 miles and never once did it break down. This Shop in Peoria I don't think has a clue how to fix bikes. tehy say here can they contact me I say yes do you want to make it right.

I am so frustrated right now it is not funny. I bout my bike last year and paid for the service plan that they offered. $2250 for 36 months. I moved across town and wanted to cancel it. They said NO. I just talked to sales today to see if I traded my bike in, if they would create the unused. They said NO. So, if you get the plan and the bike is sold, traded, blown up, or whatever, you cannot get the money back. My sales rep was attentive until the contract for my bike was signed. After that, he wouldn't get back to me. He told me incorrect info about when my bike would be ready and I purchased a helmet based on that info. He told me he would make it up to me with a gift card and I never got it. He won't return my calls. I was told I would receive the Costco discount for parts that I order and I later received an invoice with no discount on it. In fact, the part was never even ordered. I had to call a couple of times and I still haven't received the call that it is in. I don't like to write bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. On top of it all, on my ride home from the dealer, the license plate holder was basically dangling on the back of my bike since I guess they didn't tighten the nuts to hold it on and one of them fell off. Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked.

I posted a horrible review last week in a run on scrabble, So you know how I felt dealing with this dealership. I received a call 2 days latter asking me about what happened, I was told I would receive a call that day or the next. that was 4 days ago. I guess they like to play games with people after they don't deliver and run you around. Buy the way the Ranger 570 crew I was told they cant get, I found several online at Ride now surprise & good year Arizona under there new inventory page. The amount of effort placed into selling me a $16,000 dollar item is ZERO I Guess you have to spent 50,000 plus to get service these days. Good luck to anyone using this dealer ship, it no wonder most Ride Now dealer ships have a 3.5 star and lower ratings. They should place the same amount of effort into training there staff to function better as they do wasting people time and crushing there dreams.

The worst experience I ever experienced buying anything ever. I received a out the door quote for my purchase I was approved for at what they claimed to be as T1 credit for 16,500 purchase. Had the sales man telling me one thing and tell the manager another. Also had the sales man so scattered that he could not even keep up with what I was buying. then they could not get what I wanted, then more money, then 6 weeks, then what are you buying. Exactly what I said good bye. You would think at that kind of money you`d get a little respect and we cant get this but we can meet half way on this. No!! more money or get lose type attitude. I guess business is so good you can afford to let 16,000 walk away. well good for you, enjoy it while it last. cause 1 day you wont have those options.

We purchased a brand new 2015 Rzr 1000 xp 4 several months ago. Left your dealership extremely happy to have our new toy! Took it out for our first ride in the desert and when we put it in 4 wheel drive smoke began to billow out of the engine. I contacted you (Ridenow Peoria) and was told they would bring in a new belt due to the fact that the smoke had a heavy smell of rubber. The belt was brought in to replace. When we picked up our rzr after its first service the other day, there was an additional charge for a drive belt for $169.00 bringing my total to just over $500.00. Insane! seeing that really all you did was change my oil and put the new belt on, but that is beside the point.
My problem here is, when I was the new belt was being brought in to replace it the other one, it was never told to me that I was being charged for something like this. This smoke happened on our 1st ever ride on this (and was reported to Gentry) immediately. When I picked it up I was told it was not covered under warranty....never did I receive a phone prior to them putting the new one on that I would be charged. Not only is this deceiving, but just all around bad service!
When I was told this last night when I pick it up, I told (TOM) to put the old belt back on, because I wasn't going to pay for a new belt that I shouldn't have to pay for....Tom's response to me.....Time is money Josh, that gonna cost you. Can't believe someone would actually say that to me in such a prickish way.
So here is my feelings on this....I spent over $30,000 on a vehicle from you. If I could return this rzr and go buy it elsewhere, I would do it immediately, but I know I can't. Your service there absolutely blows, and I will no longer will I steer my friends, family, or anyone else I know to your dealership. If anyone ever asks me where I bought mine, you can bet that I will steer them far away RideNow Peoria.
I hope this note reaches someone of there in upper management, as they will understand that word spreads quickly when you screw over your customers.-Anonymous -
Walked in, got pushed hard as hell to buy a boardwalk, (ugly as heck). Came back only after they got the Vegas I wanted from another dealer, but broke the headlight mount and let me ride off on it. Came back for the luggage brackets but sold me the wrong ones. And ignored any questions I had to diagnose a top end knock I have now. (Sorry, warranty don't cover that) . I ain't even gonna bother returning the brackets, I'm just gonna hang them in my shop window with a sign saying how I got screwed there.

*** RIP OFF ARTIST ***"BEWARE OF THESE GUYS THEY'LL STEAL YOU BLIND". I had the worst experience here with their FINANCE PRACTICES. Talk about...Fraud...Dishonesty...Deceptive...Untruthful. If you hear any mention of a TAX CREDIT or added FEES on their liability (Added to accessory/overage) to your intended purchase then start running for the door. These guys got it mastered on how to take the shirt of your back including any trade-in's that you may have. They're really slick on moving numbers around on your Purchase Agreement. It is true your so call TAX CREDIT will show up on the tax & lic. line of the purchase agreement but the remaining cost of the taxes will appear somewhere else like on the TITLE line (In Ex. TAX & LIC. = $761 + TITLE = $399) of course this is depending on the purchase price for example $11,000. Then they have the gall to ask for a down payment so they can lower your trade-in asking price and add it to the total credits just to make it seem like you are getting your full trade-in value. I would be better off buying a bridge in Death Valley.

The 2012 Yamaha V Star 250 has had clutch issues from the beginning. In the approximate 30 phone calls I have made to resolve the issue since early July, very few have been returned. After two months of back and forth with the service, sales, and general manager, it is still an issue. I have perused a second opinion from another dealership (August 27th) with the initial opinion that the clutch needs replaced. Ride Now Peoria acts like I am trying to rip them off and yet I am the one being ripped off. I would rather they take the motorcycle back completely. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. The clutch may be to spec but it needs replaced. Ride Now Peoria is so adamant about not replacing it that it has come to this over $300.00 that they are not willing to take care of. The other dealership will look at the motorcycle tonight and then I will know for sure. I will more than likely pay to have it replaced after only 50 miles of riding (22 of that back to the dealership). After replacement I will seek legal reimbursement and continue to write negative reviews on every site I can find. I am not interested in the back and forth any longer. BJ the general manager stated you would pull the plate off and have me look at it. I am not a motorcycle mechanic but that is not a resolution to the problem. Also, after the comment from Chris and Andrew about my wife not being someone to ride motorcycles, she is quite ticked off.

I bought a Sportsman 800 LE several months ago. I was injured in a freak accident, I broke my neck. I decided I would trade in the quad for a RZR so I started the trade in process with Matt Black. Matt told me he was a manager there, which he isn't. At least he isn't according to his business card. I got less for the trade than I'd have liked, the quad had 95 miles/5.8 hours on it. I expected as much so I negotiated hard against the retail price of the RZR. One of the things these salesmen want to sell you is an extended warranty, which I bought for my Sportsman. I got a refund for part of that and when discussing how much a month the warranty was for the RZR I told Matt that 5 to 10 bux a month extra is ok with me. As we got down to the final price I laid one more thing on him, on their website you can get a $50 gift card with a purchase of an ATV. I asked for that and told him he was going to GIVE me a helmet. He agreed. He came back to me as I was looking at helmets and told me that they'd put $150 on a gift card and that was all he could do. I accepted that. I'd been at the dealership 3.5 hours at this point, I'm still wearing a cervical collar from the accident and I'm exhausted. Finally, we're finished. I take a look at my receipt the next day and I notice $1495 in part of my financing for a 4 year warranty. That's $31 a month, not 5 or 10. Ok, maybe I didn't emphasize enough to Matt Black that 5-10=OK and that I wasn't going to be happy with a higher charge. What really pissed me off is I know where the $150 gift card came from. It's right there on my receipt. It's was rolled into the financing. At my interest rate and length of loan that's an extra $44 and change. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt regarding the overpriced warranty but to "give" me a helmet and then charge me for it is despicable. I'm writing this review before they open this morning, but you can bet that I'm going to be on the phone about this. I don't like liars, but you expect some of that when you buy at a dealership. But I WILL NOT put up with stealing from me. Make no mistake, giving someone something free then charging them for that item is the same thing as taking the money straight out of my wallet. I'm seriously considering filing in small claims court against Matt Black and the dealership. I'm pissed off enough to waste that kind of time for just under $200. I might even put up a website called RideNowPeoria Are Thieves.com. I'm that mad...............

Took a scooter over to get a rear tire replaced when I came back to pick up my scooter they told me they had broke the throttle grip and that they would not fix it due to the make of scooter.the scooter worked perfectly fine before I took it there and now I have to pay out of my own pocket for their screw up overall I would rather take my bike to a Mimi school and have them work on it before coming back to a place that will not return phone calls or talk face to face with you.

I ordered online. I paid for shipping only to be emailed that I had to pick up "in store". Manager then charged my credit card for extra $20 shipping? I don't find this out until we go to store to pick up items that arrived a week ago on Monday according to John and Brad. We wait for 20 minutes and have to tell 3 different people about our order and Jeremiah keeps telling me he can find it in the back. After over 20 minutes, I insist on getting my money back - that is when I see they too an additional $20 for shipping on my card? They took my payment on 11-9 and on 11-20 cannot find my items - seems like a game to me. Now I have no birthday gift for my son and will NEVER USE THIS STORE OR WEBSITE AGAIN. No one knows what is going on or where to find anything. They enjoy passing you on to another person who has no clue as well@!

Adam Pittaway the service manager has been very helpful. We brought in our Suzuki m109 & Vulcan Meanstreak with minor issues Adam was very helpful and explained every thing that needed to be done and gave a fair price. we have tried other service departments and they were not very helpful. Adam is very honest and will give you options on what needs to be done right away. We will use Ride Now in Peoria in the future.

I recently brought my 2017 1000 rzr to your service dept. for some repairs. I had incurred significant damage on a trip to Crown King. A complete frame switch out and a rather large number of parts. John King was my service rep. through out the process. He kept me posted on the progress of repairs the entire time. His advice and professionalism is much appreciated. I have a Spyder 2015 RT Limited that I have taken to this dealership and am very impressed with Winston Costabile who did a lot of upgrades like installing tri axis bars and new GPS adapter, hitch and wiring and numerous other things. Winston was very detailed in explaining what he did and how things worked. I am very pleased with how my Spyder handled after the installation of all the upgrades which also included Fox shocks and Sway Bar as well. I now have my Spyder back to this Ride Now dealership with Winston doing more mods and. Service. Winston is the only tech I request for my Spyder. I know everything will get done correctly.

Just had recall/warranty work done on our GL1800's. Since we have 3 bikes we rotated them through the service department over a two day time frame. We worked with Service Advisor Kyle Renaud and Technician Antti Naukkarinen. I can't remember experiencing service work that was handled with the professionalism, courtesy, and customer dedication that these two employees demonstrated. From my first contact with Kyle, who ordered the needed parts, to the promptness and flexibility of scheduling when they were received, to the meticulous work of the technician (as well as his knowledge and insight on the workings of the GL1800), to the completion of the final paperwork, my experience was nothing but pleasurable. I'm normally leery of having work done on my 'rides' but these two individuals have restored my faith in having maintenance/repair work done!

I hope this email find BJ the general manager. Me and my wife have spent what I consider to be a ton of money with Ridenow over the last year. The sales experience was good but unfortunately our sales person is no longer there. The sales managers and finance managers weren't anything special and in fact a little disappointing. However the one thing that has always been top notch and made us feel like we were valued is Nick in parts. He has always gone above and beyond to answer my questions and assist in making purchases. I will even go as far as saying Nick in parts is the only reason my family continues to do business with Peoria Ridenow. Nick has spent many hours talking with me about different accessories factory and non factory and he has always been spot on with his advise. I recently found out that he is not currently with the company and now im stuck not having anyone to trust when it comes to my rzr parts and accessory purchases. Bring Nick back!!!!!!!!
