The Polaris® eBike uses a 750 watt, brushless, rear hub, direct drive motor to aid the riding during periods on intense climbing, and is able to propel some models up to 25 MPH on flat ground, the motor automatically adjusts to the particular terrain by adjusting the power and torque outputs accordingly. The lithium-ion battery is regenerated throughout the ride via the pedals, crank and regenerative breaking for extended battery life.
